Decorative base build by AnxiousJosh in 0.5.2.4.

Base building items are placed down into the world as objects used for either structure, utility, furnishing or decoration. Or have uses in mob farming or automation.

Wall[edit]

Walls either occur naturally in the world, so must be mined, or else they are crafted. All walls have a mining damage reduction stat that must be exceeded by a player's own mining stat, in order to do damage to them.

These objects can summon their respective merchant NPC to a valid room, when placed on the ground. They can also entire their NPC towards player when held in hot-bar.

Seasonal Calendar A useful calendar that will attract a shady merchant when placed in a habitable room. Depending on the season, he will put on different costumes and offer new items.

Coloss Cicada Husk The cast-off hull of a giant insect that lives dormant in the ground for centuries. When it emerges to take on its final form, heavy earthquakes occur.
Lush Tree This verdant tree spent many years growing in Azeos' Wilderness. Plant it back into the ground to decorate your home.
Roast Firepit Part fireplace, part barbecue it is a great place to huddle together and enjoy some burned pieces of larva meat.
